Troops neutralize 3 teenage female suicide bombers

This morning in Borno State, 3 female suicide bombers who were trying to

attack Maiduguri, were intercepted by gallant soldiers who were on guard at Umarari-Molai outskirts of Maiduguri, at about 5 am, while trying to gain access to Maiduguri.

One was shot and wounded while two others immediately detonated IEDs wrapped around their bodies.  According to a Civilian JTF source, all the female bombers were about 12 to 15 years of age.
